Terms of Purchase

1. General Information
   The Summer Servis online store (reg. no. 12157698) is located at H. Mugasto 1-8, Tartu 51011, Estonia.
   We sell only used products, including ventilation controllers, communication devices, connection switches, and power supplies.
   No new products are available for sale.
   All prices in the online store are listed in euros and include VAT.
2. Ordering and Payment
   Orders can be placed through the online store.
   Available payment methods:

• Bank links (via the online store)
• Prepayment by invoice

The full amount must be paid before the item is shipped.
Once payment is received, the product will be dispatched.

3. Shipping Terms
   Orders are shipped via Omniva parcel machines throughout Estonia.
   Products are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

The cost of shipping via Omniva parcel machine is €4.40 within Estonia, payable by the customer.

4. Warranty
   Summer Servis does not offer any warranty for the products sold.
   All items are used and sold “as is.”
   Before purchasing, please make sure the product meets your needs.
5. Returns
   Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

• Returns must be made via Omniva parcel machines, using the same service provider.
• Returned products must be in the same condition as received – clean, undamaged, and complete.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is damaged or no longer in a resalable condition.
• The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
